职位描述：
Key Job Tasks Performed

1. Oversee the planning and execution of projects (from concept, design, procurement, construction, hand-over and up to the expiry of Defects Liability Period)
2. Manage and improve the level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction for projects
3. Propose changes to improve standard procedures within the team as required
4. Manage project cost, schedule, quality, safety and environmental objectives etc.
5. Coordinate with various departments (Including Leasing, Purchasing, Finance, Security, Housekeeping etc,) for successful completion of projects
6. Interface with tenants and end-users and understand key issues affecting project delivery and propose feasible solutions
7. Provide guidance to staffs on project delivery issues
8. Provide value engineering suggestions to get good value for money for the project
9. Monitor all tenders, bids，evaluation, contract awards to ensure adherence to SOP
10. Assist with preparation of annual capital budget – supported by proper scope of work analysis and budgetary cost estimation
11. Review and approve payments of contract and variation orders
12. Assist with review of tender and evaluation process for Hotel capital expenditures
13. Provide training to staffs on above procedures
14. Taking ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct or indirect supervisors and deliver results as expected


Position Holder Qualifications
1. knowledge and skills of construction project management, building, mechanical and electrical
2. knowledge and skills of quantity servey and contract management
3. strong communication in both Mandarin and English
4. relevant project team supervision experience
5. 5-8 years relevant working experience
6. education or training experience in Building Science, Interior finishing design, mechanical and electrical engineering, project and construction management.
