职位描述：
工作内容：
1.设备的保养、维修、改进和技术员的技术知道，实现生产营运目标。
Executing machine PM plan, maintenance, improvements and give trainings or support for the Technicians, achieving operations targets.

2.生产设施、设备的检查、维修、保养，定时检查设备的完好率、运行状况及安全装置，及时发现隐患并排除。快速响应设备维修需求，及时有效地解决设备故障。执行相应设备维修计划保证设备处于良好工作状态。对设备出现的异常情况及时上报。
Technician should respond to the maintenance requirement and timely solve the equipment failure, carry out corresponding maintenance plan and make sure the good situation of equipment in process. Report to technician shift leader when abnormal occurred.

3.根据生产、工艺或质量部门的要求，高级技术员自己或协助制造工程师、工艺工程师对现有的设备进行合理的改善，满足生产和质量需求。
According to the requirements of Production, PCE or Quality Department, the Senior Technician needs to find own solutions or supports MFE or PCE to have reasonable improvements to meet these requirements.

4.针对机器的各种停机原因组织相关技术员完成相应的故障分析，并做出相应的预防与改善。
According to the machine breakdown summarize the reason and organize relevant technician to do relevant prevent and improvement.

5.协助工程对新引进的设备，完成设备的安装、调试，保证设施、设备最终投入使用。
Support project department to finish the new machine installment, adjustment, and make sure the new machine can be used eventually.

6.定期和设备专员对维修人员维修能力、维修质量情况进行分析并制定相应的改进措施或培训，提高团队维修技术水平。
The Senior Technician should regularly analyze the ability of Technicians and maintenance quality together with the Equipment Specialist and make corresponding improvements or training to improve the level of maintenance.

7.随时做好6S，严格遵守公司管理要求，完成设备专员交办的其他事务。
Always do 6S, strictly follow the company management rules; To handling other assignment which is given by Equipment Specialist.

岗位要求：

1.大专学历及以上，工程、自动化、数控或相关专业。
College’s degree or above with major in engineering, automation, CNC or equivalent subject

2.简单英语交流。
Simple English communication

3.较好的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格等应用软件。
With application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel.

4.机械制造或汽车行业丛业背景优先。
Mechanical manufacturing or automotive industry background is preferred.

5.能与公司各层员工展开建设性的、有效的沟通；并展示良好的团队工作态度。
Constructive and effective communication skills with people of all levels.
Demonstrate good teamwork attitude.

6.积极主动、求真务实，并对新环境有较快的适应能力。
