职责：

（1） 负责执行人员招聘计划，协助完善招聘流程、体系和制度，提高招聘效力。

（2） 招聘渠道的开发、维护、拓展，确保招聘渠道满足公司的招聘需求；

（3） 招聘职位描述的编写及发布、更新及修改，与招聘网站保持必要的沟通；

（4） 新员工的入职流程的执行并协助完成新员工的入职培训，外部培训的联络和执行；

（5） 劳动合同及保密协议的签订，员工手册内容的修改及更新；

（6） 负责公司薪酬、绩效、福利管理 以及员工人事档案等的办理；

（7） 每月考勤情况与部门经理的确认和沟通；

（8） 员工离职手续的执行和办理。

（9） 负责公司行政事务的管理

学历/经验要求：

（1）大学本科以上

（2）英语流利， 法语优先。

（3）具有人事操作能力，包括招聘、员工录用、薪资福利等。

（4）有3年以上相关工作经验。

（5）沟通能力强，有协作精神。
