Responsibilities:

- Set up all the necessary operation procedures and regulations which comply with authority requirement and AT&S standards

- Help to do the recruiting of staff for own area, coordinate training and further education

- Authority to instructions to employee disciplinary subordinate to this position for the daily work.

- Guarantee stable operation and maintenance of the Compressed air system/ Utilities system

- Fulfilment of maintenance instructions, various regulations (environment, safety)

- Work out process instructions in order to optimise the usage of the facilities

- optimization and improvement of the plants utility system

- Realisation of reform projects, supervise the construction of the Facility mechanical system, ensure the quality of the construction work and smooth hand over to AT&S

- Planning of consumptions, project schedules and training work

- Provide employees with necessary information and data


Requirements:

- Completion of University with major mechanical engineering/HVAC engineering

- At least three years of experience in similar position is preferred

- Technical understanding

- Written and oral English

- Computer skills - MS Office Package (Word, Excel), AutoCAD

- Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well)

- Strong study ability

- Good communication skills
