职位描述：
Purpose of Job工作目的:
1. Start from the food nutrition clinical trial project communication, maintain good communication with global Biofortis clinical center, coordinate and implement clinical programs in China.
从食品营养临床试验项目前期沟通开始，与全球Biofortis临床中心保持良好有效的沟通，协调并执行临床项目在中国的运行。
2. Ensure that the MXNS quality system is followed.
确保遵循梅里埃营养科学的质量系统。
3. Hand over and take over the program in research center with France and American program management team, development of domestic and foreign customers, keep in touch with investigators, and provide valuable advice to researchers and clients.
在研究中心与法国及美国项目管理团队的项目对接，开发国内外客户，与研究者保持联络，为研究者及客户提供有价值的建议和帮助

Job Duties工作职责:
1. Participate in pre clinical discussion and customer communication, and promote the signing of clinical nutrition program
参与营养临床项目前期讨论及客户沟通，推进临床中心营养临床项目的签订
2Prepare, collect and check all clinical center related documents, prepare ethical committee information and clinical pre preparation work as required, and solve all kinds of related issues
准备、收集和核查所有临床中心相关的文件，按要求准备伦理委员会资料和临床前期准备工作；解决各种与之相关的问题
3 Coordinate the communication between the French / American Clinical Center, the sponsor and the project participants
协调法国/美国临床中心、申办者、中方项目参与人员之间的沟通
4 Carry out the center start and training
执行中心启动及培训的相关工作
5 check and manage the original data of the research center, deal with all kinds of test problem in time
核查并管理研究中心的原始数据，及时处理各类试验相关的问题
6To check audit plan, coordinate the project overall progress in implementation of the China; follow up CRF and fill in Query solution, follow-upthe project and report result
承审核监查计划书，协调项目在中国执行的整体进度；跟进CRF的填写及Query解决，跟进后续项目的讨论及结题报告
7 Carry out the program of related center-close
执行中心关闭相关程序
8 To complete themonitoring Reportaccording to requirement in time
按要求及时完成监查报告
9 Coachand train new related person who take part in reserch newly
指导并培训新加入研究的相关人员
10 Ensure that the progress of the research centre is in line with the progress of the research plan
确保研究中心的进展符合研究计划进度要求。
11 Evaluate current methods and recommend modifications as new procedures become available.
评价当前方法和作为新程序的推荐性的修改。
12 To ensure that the work of the research center in accordance with the GCP, ICH and SOP and other regulatory requirements in line with domestic laws and regulations
确保研究中心的各项工作符合GCP，ICH及SOP等各项法规制度要求符合国内的相关法规
13 Tracking management research budget

Job Specification任职资格:
Education Background教育背景：
Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, clinical science, nutrition, etc
医学、临床学、营养学等相关专业本科研究生及以上
English level英语水平：
Good at English in speaking writing listening reading
熟练掌握英语
Training experience培训经历：
GCP
项目管理SOP培训

Work experience工作经验：
More than 2 years of clinical research / project management experience
2年以上临床监查/项目管理经验
Proficiency in clinical trials related to regulatory and GCP requirements
熟练掌握临床试验相关的法规和GCP要求

Skills & Abilities技能和素质：
Requires good communication skills and ability
