Responsibilities:
? Complete research projects and monthly social listening report independently for clients in a timely fashion with high quality, and can provide clients with valuable research suggestions
? Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, and instinctively know which data produces insight, and which are meaningless activities throughout campaign lifecycles
? Develop or automate ongoing and ad-hoc reports, dashboards to track key performance metrics for clients and colleagues alike
? Possess technical knowledge to know where or how data can be tracked, extracted, filtered and “cleaned” (JS, data objects and layers) with the technical team
? Develop, implement and continuously validate and improve on data collection frameworks that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
? Build up an understanding of marketing plans and objectives, and formulate strategic recommendations with Analytics Manager and other senior team members
? Present the Monthly social listening report to client (call)
? Design of research plan and research consultation proposal under senior team members' guidance and clients requirements
? Perform measurement, analysis and reporting, of web and campaign performance metrics from various tools (e.g. Adobe Sitecatalyst, Google Analytics) is a plus
Requirements:
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
? Familiar with China’s social network environment and regulations
? Good computer application skill, understanding of basic database applications, knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS) preferred
? Good spoken & writing skills in English, can use English comfortably in writing, presentation and discussing research results, familiar to statistical analysis preferred
? Adept at turning data and insights into beautiful data visualisation that are easily understandable by clients and colleagues alike (Knowledge of at least 1 is ideal - Tableau, DOMO, D3.js)
? Experience in market research (qualitative and quantitative research, survey design etc.), digital marketing, media, e-commerce is a plus
