PMC Manager 生产计划经理

岗位目的Job Purpose
1. Release WO in production
2. Provide to production the weekly schedule accordingly to the delivery plan
3. Grant 4 weeks production schedule for each section
4. The production schedule must deploy day by day: the product quantities,the working hours for each cost center, the number of workers for each cost center must used
5. Provide the reporting on production efficiency accordingly to the real output v.s. ideal output, hours and workers used
6. JIT daily call off to MM for plastic and carton box etc



日常工作 Daily Work
1. Material inventory in Production (Raw Material WIP status)
2. Status of WO released in WIP
3. Schedule all production sections, accordingly to the production BOM
4. Achieve the maximum efficiency scheduling: Man, Machine, Method
5. Manage the scrapping process in the ERP receiving from production the request for scrap
6. Material management in the system ERP
7. Achieve the delivery plan accordingly to material and production capacity
8. Manage with planner forecast the production capacity plan
9. Manage with planners and warehouse the material shortage
10. Grant the maximum Hit Rate accordingly to Material (ready) Man (availability) Machine (usage)

任职资格 Job Qualification
1 University degree
2 More than eight years work experience,more than three's managerial experience
3 Lean production; be familiar with SMT and Assembly lines
4 Cross Function Management
5 Schedule Deployment

   路线1(上海市区方向)： 莘庄-顾戴路-公司 (7:25--8:25)

   路线2(昆山市区方向)： 科博馆-广元门诊-太湖路-木瓜路-东城大道金融大道口-浦园-蔡家-赵屯小学公交站-公司 (7:20--8:40)

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15

3. 公司提供免费工作餐
