职位描述
Responsibilities:
Production Sustain
1. Production Problem Analysis and Solving.
2. Establish maintenance guides and solution of flaws as well as the necessities of reflections from the point of cost benefit.
Line transfer / Layouts
3. Production Line Design includes layouts, Material Flow, Tools, Machine and Fixture Design and SOP, FMEA.
4. Training manuals elaboration as well as training the personnels.
5. Lead or Assist in the production line transfer project.
Continuous improvement
6. Continuous improvement in manufacturing by implementing LEAN.
Requirement:
1, Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering .Mechanical-Electric Engineering. Industrial Automation.
2, 7 years experience in the Regulator Manufacturing field.
3, Be familiar with the Pneumatic control and PLC, Fixture Design.
4, Experiences of LEAN Implementing is preferred.
5, Good spoken and written English skill.
6, Self stimulated and team work spirit.
