随着第三方钱币鉴定评级子公司（PCGS）进入中国市场，我们需要在上海扩建PCGS市场/设计团队。
我们希望新的队员拥有流利的普通话和英语表达能力，这两种语言阅读、写作和翻译方面都非常熟练。该职位要求有中国国籍，毕业于设计专业，拥有一定的平面设计经验，能够在非常规工作时间参加展会或与美国总部通讯。

概述:
PCGS 上海的平面设计师主要工作职责是协助中国/亚洲市场视觉传播设计和标签设计。同时需要具备摄影和印刷的基本知识，有产品包装经验者优先该职位将直接汇报给常驻美国总部的中国/亚洲地区市场不经理，你将在上海执行美国分派的任务，为中国/亚洲地区市场部人员的日常工作提供设计上的支持。职责包括但不仅限于提供平面设计方案，更新优化现有的设计，润色图片，协助并支持中国市场活动的执行。你必须能够很好地掌握平面设计软件，同时了解网站，印刷和社交媒体的设计基础。此外，该职位需要对接中国当地的设计公司。

基本职责:
1.主要协助并执行中国内地市场宣传推广所需物料的平面设计，参与部分香港地区的营销计划
2.熟练掌握平面设计软件，例如Adobe Creative Suite
3.掌握摄影/扫描/包装/印刷的相关知识
4.为公司网站和社交媒体上的宣传材料进行平面设计
5.内部印刷标签 ? 协调和管理印刷供应商和广告公司
6. 支持，安排和参加展会，并摄影
7.跟踪并确保项目按照市场计划表按时进行
8. 与内部有效沟通，包括当地市场部人员与美国总部。

个人技能要求:
1.拥有中国国籍，对平面设计有着深刻的理解
2. 良好的英语水平，包括阅读，写作和翻译能力
3. 有效的沟通技巧，注重细节 ? 执行创意概念并设计布局排版
4. 拥有网站和社交媒体传播的设计运营经验
5.能够为PowerPoint和Keynote设计图案和图片
6.3年以上平面设计工作经验
7.适应快节奏的工作环境，同时参与多个市场项目
8.适应加班，直接和美国总部沟通

The Global Expansion of our coin division (PCGS) into mainland China has generated the need to expand PCGS’s Chinese Marketing/Graphic team in Shanghai. We need a team member who fluently speaks Mandarin and English, and is proficient in reading, writing and translations in both languages. This position will ideally be filled by a Chinese national who has graphic design experience, has a degree in Graphic Design, and can work extra and/or off hours for show events and to correspond with the US Headquarters.
Collectors Universe Professional Coin Grading Service
General Overview:
The PCGS Shanghai Graphic Designer will support marketing graphic & label design of the PCGS brand in China and Asia regions. Additional skills required are photography and printing knowledge. Packaging experience will be considered a plus. This position will serve as a support for the China/Asia Marketing Manager station in US Headquarter, executing US corporate direction in Shanghai, and providing day-to-day design support to the China/Asia Marketing Associates in China and Asia. This includes but is not limited to graphic design concepts, updating existing artwork, the photo touchup of images, and the coordination and technical execution of the Chinese marketing initiatives. Candidate must have a good understanding of graphic design software, including design basics for web, print, and social media. The individual will also work directly with the company’s China-based design firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Coordinate & execute graphic design initiatives for China, secondary for Asia regions
? Knowledgeable in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
? Knowledgeable in photography, scanning, packaging & printing press
? Preparing graphics for web & Social Media postings
? Internal printing of coin holder labels/flips
? Coordinate & managing printer and design agency
? Support, setup, photograph and attend show events
? Track & ensuring timely delivery on projects in the marketing calendar
? Maintain effective internal communications with local team member and US Headquarter.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
? Ideal candidate will be a China native with strong understanding of Graphic Design
? Good English comprehension, reading, writing and translation
? Effective communication skill and keen attention to detail
? Experience executing creative concept and design layout
? Graphic background with web and Social Media posting experience
? Ability to create graphics and images for PowerPoint or Keynote presentations
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design
? Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time
