职位描述：
Responsible to:Strategy Director (in capacity as support staff)

Purpose of Job:To provide high quality support to our Shanghai team

Hours of Work:Full time

Principal Responsibilities

As Shared Resource to the TEAM

? To organise material according to priority and drafting acknowledgements where necessary
? To assist with research, brief preparation and client accounts.
? To draft and type up written material including articles, reports, letters, memos and e-mails, and some translation.
? Any other relevant tasks identified by the TEAM.

We Are Looking For People With…
Essential

? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Powerpoint & Photoshop
? Looking to build a career in marketing and data analytics and have a passion for the Chinese / APAC market.
? Sound interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy.
? Basic knowledge of personnel administration.
? The ability to take initiative and work under pressure, maintaining a professional approach to all aspects of work.
? The ability to prioritise own work and complete work effectively and on time.
? Some knowledge of the digital marketing and / or advertising market with its objectives.
? Prior working experience with management consultancy is preferred but not required
