Conference Sale Executive is responsible for selling our high level summits/conferences/forums over the telephone to decision makers. Research and identify, sell and negotiate with potential clients, delegates and service providers. Match client’s needs and requirements with our products and services before closing potential clients on our company packages. The role of an account executive is to persuade the relevant management in the industry that they simply cannot afford to miss this event. You will need to be professional and persuasive above all, but any phone sales experience would be an advantage. The team you will be going into is highly successful, so you will need to be able to match the drive and ambition of the current team members. A competitive nature will be rewarded, but a good team focus is also vital. This particular role requires a fluent English speaker both written and oral, and command of other foreign language will also be of advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ü Become familiar with the event you will promote.

ü Do company research to ensure you can effectively articulate the event information;

ü Provide an efficient and elegant message to prospects, provide them event collateral when requested;

ü Achieve sales targets through telemarketing and pitching new prospects for Conferences;

ü Register event delegates and sponsors and chase registration fee;

ü Research and build a prospect database/call list owned by the Company;

REQUIREMENTS

ü 1 year work experience in sales/telesales

ü Good command of oral English and Chinese;

ü A superb communicator, confident on the telephone

ü Strong commercial knowledge and market consciousness

ü Quick learner

ü Positive attitude

ü Self-motivation

ü Strong work ethic.
