Senior Service Specialist 高级服务专员

Senior Service Specialist is responsible for assisting students to successfully reach their learning objectives and ensuring student satisfaction. Senior Service Specialist liaises with Course Consultant and is responsible for contributing to retention revenue and refund control as a result of educational success and students’ satisfaction. Senior Service Specialist provides students with tailor-made study advice within the framework of Learn, Try, Apply, Certify learning methodology and helps students set and meet their learning goals throughout their study course.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Ensures new students understand and implement EF’s learning approach
2. Helps students plan and review study progress according to EF’s learning approach
3. Gives students study advice within the framework of EF’s learning approach and provides motivation to help them reach their study goals
4. Keeps students informed and updated on changes within the center
5. Helps students utilize class booking tools and other study tools
6. Collects student feedback and cooperates with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues
7. Liaises with Course Consultants with regard to potential course extension, renewals and referral follow-up
8. Organizes and coordinates center events to increase student satisfaction and drive retention
9. Completes all administrative duties to a high standard as required

Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is a plus
2. Excellent English communication skill, TEM8 is preferred
3. At least 1 year work experience is a must
4. Strong customer services experience is preferred; education industry background is a plus

协助学生达成学习目标并确保学生的满意度；协同课程顾问通过提升教学水准和学员满意度减少学员退费，为学员提供量身定制的学习建议并帮助学员制定和达成学习目标。

任职要求：
1. 本科 以上学历，海外背景者优先；
2. 出色的英语表达和书写能力，专八优先；
3. 一年以上工作经验;
4. 良好的服务意识, 教学或培训工作相关经验优先考虑

工作地点：
上海英孚成人英语培训中心，具体分校由公司统一分配（学校均在市区地铁沿线）

工作时间：
一周五天，8小时工作制，中午11：00-晚8点，或中午12:00-晚9点。
休息两天，非连休。
