职位描述
Position: Secure Storage Sales
Report to: Secure Storage Channel Manager
Location: Shanghai
Job Summary:
The overall responsibility for driving the name account efforts to meet the short and long term revenue targets and increase market share in direct account field.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement Key Account marketing strategies.
Identify new markets and customers.
Gain an intimate knowledge of the market trends and customer behaviors.
Work closely with product marketing to align marketing programs with category and business needs.
Participate in strategy planning processes.
Offer direction to local teams in support of existing products and new product introductions and new market/channel development.
Provide customer and partner leadership to enable product marketing to support existing and new business.
Develop tactical solutions to tackle the many challenges that accompany penetrating and developing new markets, and developing new account.
Work along with local and regional teams to identify new or adjacent target segment opportunities and new geographies with similar segments.
Develop competitive insights regarding the key account and market positions.
Partner with service teams and indirect sales teams to define strategies and tactics that provide competitive advantage.
Collaborate with key partners to achieve set goals.
Desired profile of the candidate
Education:Post-secondary education in business or marketing or equivalent industry training and experience. A Bachelor degree holder preferred.
Language:Native Mandarin; Basic communication in English; Ability to communicate in Shanghai dialect preferred.
Professional experience:
Proven track record in both direct sales and B2B sales organizations
A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a physical storage/engineering/IT/OA related environment.
Requirement:
The desire to set up a name account structure while working closely with customers.
Proven ability to work with the sales force to target and develop programs and customers via cold call system.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, with the ability to present information in an audience-appropriate manner accompanied by good presentation skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills along with strong prioritization skills.
Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning.
Ability to learn and acquire in-depth product and market knowledge quickly.
Desire to thrive in a team environment.
Strong marketing & business development skills as shown by:
Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing new markets to grow revenue in a Business-to-Business environment.
Past success in implementing business development and marketing programs especially in OA or Hardware industry.
Success in developing new business opportunities with creativity and unconventional thinking.
These activities should result in building strategic capabilities through new business relationships and through direct to market approaches
