职位描述：
Key Performance area:
Production Manager manages, organize and supervise the process flow and package for yogurt products according to business plan. Ensure complete all of production tasks and keeps finished products to meet high quality, fresh and nature, reasonable production circle time and cost efficiency.

Key Job Responsibility:
1. Production Startup:
？a. Set up startup plan as company requirement
？b. Leading the startup process: training, safety, commissioning plan
？c. Connection with French Yoplait Plant: production/process
2. Production Operation:
？a. Organize and manage the overall operation of yogurt within dairy Plant and provide supervision, guidance and control over the operation system to ensure production takes place in a timely and efficient manner, and within established standards and low cost according to short/ mid-term budget and estimate
？b. Supervise and manage overall operation from raw material, package, production order and finished products to logistics
？c. Ensure good communication and coordination among departments, with Yogurt SBU and Yoplait International
？d. Responsible for developing and managing environmental safety and health policies to meet regulation requirements; ensure the HSE compliance. Responsible for production security management
？e. Establish and implement production criteria, methods, and processes/procedures
？f. Plan, organize and administrate activities associated with all activities of quality including the development of policies and procedures
？g. Hires, trains, supervises and motivates operators to strictly follow production process, working instruction, production schedule, quality requirements and safety requirements etc. Provide training, direction& support to production supervisors and line leaders
？h. Develop and grow the team’s capability towards world class level and employee performance management
？i. Work out the annual operation budget(SP) and ensure it implemented
？j. 10Help to set up and implement incentive system
？k. Regularly review the variances and take the corrective actions for continues improvement(CI)

 Education /Experience/Capability Request:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical
2. At least eight years in responsible and managerial role in manufacturing and/or operations in dairy industry
3. Proven experience in multinational environments
4. Fluent business English, speaking, writing and reading
5. Ability of understanding and managing complex operations activities
6. Excellent people management skills; ability to lead, energize and motivate the team
7. Good cost saving sense
8. Proven communication skills, excellent conflict management
9. Proven people management skills
