工作职责

· SAP - Successful Total Implementation of the SAP Accounting Software

· 熟练运用SAP财务软件

· Internal Controls - Successful Implementation of the Accounting

· 优秀的财务控制能力

· Handle bank outgoing payment and make bank payment voucher

· 独立处理银行付款及制作整理付款凭证

· Update bank balance reports daily according to the e-banking

· 根据电子银行数据，更新银行结存日报表

· Active Deposit Arrangement to get the best interest

· 高效的管理活期存款

· Ensure staff reimbursement comply with company policy then arrange payment each week

· 严格遵守公司财务制度，安排每周结算付款

· Assist stock-check during month-end and year-end closing

· 协助月底与年底的库存检查

Position requirement

岗位要求

- Accounting Graduate (专科以上)

- 会计专业专科以上学历

- Accounting Certificate (会计证)

- 有会计从业资格证

- Fair English Speaking and Writing Skills

- 熟练应用英语

- Good understanding of Office Sofwares (e.g.Words/Excel/Powerpoint)

- 熟练运用常用办公软件（如：Words/Excel/Powerpoint）

- Responsible and appreciate teamwork

- 有责任心与团队合作精神

- Positive attitude

- 工作态度积极

- Preferably someone who live in or near Minhang District

- 居住地在闵行地区的人员优先考虑
