岗位职责：
1、负责总经理的日常行程安排；

2、负责相关业务关系的日常维护，信息传递，建立和维护业务管理档；

3、负责总经理文件，信件，函电的接收与转达及相关业务文件的收集、整理、处理；
4、负责总经理日常经营工作中文件的起草；
5、负责来访的接待、商务随行；
6、协助安排外出行程、翻译资料。

招聘要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，25~40岁，财务、金融、法律等相关专业；
2、有2年以上大中型企业秘书、助理等工作经验，有一定财务、法律等方面知识；
3、具有良好的个人品质和职业道德，严格遵守有关法律、法规和规章，能够忠诚地履行职责；

4、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀；
5、日语一级或英语六级以上，听说读写流利；
6、具有太阳能行业工作经历优先。


Job descriptions:
1. Contact with accounting firms, law offices and other related Institutions;
2. Be responsible for collection, sorting and handling of the related business files;
3. Be responsible for maimtenance the relation of business,transfer information,establishing and filing the business documents;
4. Be responsible for others duty from GM.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or higher degree, major in finance economics and law related, 25-40 years old;
2. Secretary or management work experience at least 2 years, know about finance, law related knowledge;
3. Good personal quality and professional ethics, abiding by the related law, regulations and rules, performing duty loyal;
4. Test for Japanese-grade 1 or CET-6, good communications with native speakers;
5. Work experience in solar energy industry is preferred.
