Online Service Associate is a call center
based online helpdesk for nationwide Professional English student and center
staff. The role provides service support for student and center staff
including troubleshooting for Englishtown, OBOE and Sales Force system
related issue, complaint coordination and handling via phone, email and
online channels as well as various customer surveys. The Online Service
Associate also needs to respond to student's requirements when s/he is
seeking for help or guidance.



Roles and responsibilities:

Provide
useful and friendly reply to students' request timely and effectively via
phone, email, live chat or other online channels

Provide
Online Orientation session, track and manage students' online study
performance report

Phone
coach students with urgent computer or study questions towards our online
products and tools

Handle
complaints and collect students' suggestion in order to deliver better
service

Conduct
various customer surveys via phone, email or online channels

Contact
students and run reports for any IT or online content aimed testing



Requirement

At least 1 year service call center working experience with knowledge
of customer service principles and practice

Knowledge of relevant computer applications, technical background
is preferred

Able to work 5 days per week with one day off between Monday and
Friday, one day off on weekend

English level at EF Intermediate stage

Self-motivated and team player
