Responsibilities (岗位职责)

-1.根据公司的发展制定相应的IT战略规划、预算，制定相应的IT流程及规范
-Define the IT strategy, budget, and define the IT operation processes and rules.
-2.负责公司所有IT基础架构的运营及维护，如服务器维护、域控维护、文件服务器权限维护、路由器及核心、桥接交换机维护、F5负载均衡设备维护、EMC存储设备维护、磁带库备份、Mcafee服务器维护、NAC系统维护、行为审计软件管理及维护、Juniper VPN维护、防火墙维护。；
-Responsible for all the infrastructure operation and maintenance, such as server maintenance, AD maintenance, fileserver authority maintenance, routes maintenance, Cisco switchs maintenance, F5 maintenance, EMC soreage maintenance, tape library backup, dababase backup, Mcafee server maintenance, NAC maintenance, behavior software management and maintenance, Juniper VPN maintenance, Fire wall maintenance, ext.
-3.负责对IT成本的控制、分摊及IT资产管理
-Responsible for the IT cost control, allocation and IT asset’s management
-4.负责对公司所有的系统的维护，包括Agile、OA、HR、KingDee、合同管理软件、SolidWorks软件、EPLAN软件、松下PBX管理软件维护及Oracle、SqlServer的维护，等等。
-Responsible for application systems’ maintainence, such as PLM( Agile), OA, HR, Kindee, Contract, Solidwork, EPLAN, Panasonnic PBX and Oracle& SqlServer database;s maintenance. .
-5.负责公司的IT团队建设及所有相关流程
-Responsible for the IT team construction and all related processes.

Requirements (任职资格)

-1.至少6年以上IT工作经历，3年以上的IT管理经验，至少4年以上的网络应用设备，Helpdesk工作经验，有ERP上线导入经验着优先
-At least 6 years of IT working experience，over 3 years of IT management experience and over 4 years of IT Infrastructure、Helpdesk working experiences, ERP Implementation experience.
-2.深入理解TCP/IP协议，了解基础网络设备（如cisco交换机、cisco路由器）的配置；
-Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, basic configuration of network equipments (such as cisco switches, cisco router)
-3.深入理解网络入侵检测、VPN、动态口令认证、安全准入、桌面管理、流量控制、上网行为管理、Web防病毒、数据防泄密等各类网络应用原理，掌握主流网络应用设备的部署技术，具备独立维护应用设备的能力；
-Great knowledge of network intrusion detection, VPN, dynamic password authentication, secure access, desktop management, traffic control, Internet behavior management, Web anti-virus, anti-phishing, and other principles of data network applications, and deployment technology of mainstream network applications, with the ability to maintain applications independently.
-4.熟悉Cisco、F5、Juniper、Citrix、Array、BlueCoat、SonicWall、Checkpoint、Mcafee、LanDesk等主流应用设备；
-Familiar with Cisco, F5, Juniper, Citrix, Array, BlueCoat, SonicWall, Checkpoint, Mcafee, LanDesk and other mainstream application equipments
-5. 熟悉服务器、AD的管控
-Good knowledge in Server、AD management
-6.具有突发事件的快速响应及排错能力；
-Quick problem-solver to emergency.
-7.具备一定的英语听说读写能力；
-Basic English Listening, Speaking and writing skills.
-8.良好的沟通及语言表达能力、必要的文字方案能力；
-Good communication skills and written skills are necessary.
-9.良好的团队合作精神，高度的责任心及敬业精神；
-Good team player with high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
-10.能承受较大的工作压力，能够适应经常加班；
-Be able to work under pressure and accept constant overwork.
-11.具有项目验收报告者优先考虑；
Candidates with project experience are preferred.
