Admin Executive
Shanghai Headquarters Office, EF English First Franchise Operations


RESPONSIBILITIES:
1,Utilize appropriate computer software to produce charts, graphs, correspondence, data sheets, reports and memos
2, In charge of EF Franchise Operations headquarters Administration management, including managing the day-to-day admin duties of whole HQ team, organizing all kinds of event/party/national conference, providing on-time admin support to team activities, etc.
3,Arrange business travel logistics, i.e. ground transportation, air tickets, hotel accommodations, etc
4.Perform other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
1,College degree or above, 5 + years relevant experience in international company
2,Fluent in both English & Chinese for verbal and written communication, CET6
3,Strong interpersonal skills, independent judgment
4,Detailed management and service - oriented
5,A must Ability to multi-task ;
6,Able to work in a fast paced-high pressured environment
7,Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
