职位描述：
1、制定并完善公司的绩效管理体系，优化绩效管理流程；
2、负责绩效项目的推广、评估及跟进，确保项目的落地执行；
3、组织和指导各部门的绩效考核工作，协助设计绩效考核指标；
4、对各部门的绩效考核过程进行监督和控制；
5、收集绩效考核中存在的问题并进行分析，提供建议解决方案；
6、协助制定、完善公司薪酬绩效管理制度及流程，设计与优化考评标准与方法；

岗位要求：
1、2年以上绩效相关经验；
2、熟悉绩效管理流程，熟悉KPI等绩效考核工具和方法；
3、具有较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力；
4、具备一定的创新能力和推动力 举报 分享
