职位描述：
Scope of Job:
RISK ANLYSIS & HAZARD Identification
-Coordinate process safety analysis for existing installations and facilities
-Conduct Job safety analysis through the different work operation
-Conduct site safety observation and hazard identification
-HSE review on new project, new equipment and for capex application
-ZRH file settle up and maintenance
-Follow up on the actions proposed till its closure on in place on site
-Follow up on the site risk management to eliminate the major risk and improve towards “zero-injury “ workplace
IH
-Chair the Hygiene management within the company
-Coordinate on the hygiene status improvement on site
-Coordinate and organize the IH annual monitoring and Annual medical check up
-Follow up on the Hygiene issues identified during annual inspection
Inspection
-organize and chair the monthly general HSE site inspection
-organize the specific HSE inspection and observation to minimize the unsafe condition/act
-Receive/coordinate the 3rd party safety inspection team on safety issue
-Follow up on the actions proposed and requested
Incident management
-H1/H2/H3 and near miss incident investigation and reporting
-Actions follow up and lessons sharing
Training
-Implement monthly HSE specific training and update the documents
-Implement HSE specific training topics
-New comer training management
Backup of the site HSE specialist for other routine safety management
( Work permitting
-Contractor / visitor management
-HSE system management
-SOP ownership & management
-HSE actions follow –up
-HSE committee operation
-Duty manager program
-HSE data reporting
-Routine government reporting
-Fire safety management
-Emergency management
-HSE notice board management
-HSE sharing

Requirement :
-Master/Bachelor University Degree in Chemistry/safety/engineering; national certified safety engineer
-5 years of experience working in chemical industry with emphasis on safety area;
-Pertinent GB / AQ/ industrial standard knowledge on related chemical industrial (e.g. fire code, fine chemical standard)
-Good English skill being able to communicate in English both in speaking and writing. 举报 分享
