职位描述：

Responsibility：

· Provide L1 support to Salesforce users

· Salesforce trouble-shooting and documentation

· Regularly monitor and check to guarantee data accuracy

· Maintain online reports and guarantee report accuracy

· Participate and facilitate system changes

· Participant user requirements collection, analysis and solution design

· Participant Salesforce related projects and ad-hoc assignments

Qualification required:

· Possess a bachelor degree major in Commerce/ International Business/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics/ IT from a recognized institute or university locally/ overseas.

· Good MS office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc)

· Good ability to read, write, communicate both in mandarin and in English

· A team-player and able to interact with people at all levels

· Superior quantitative and analytical skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· High level of energy and commitment towards continual improvement

· Flexibility in work styles and cross culture working environment,

Experience required:

· Working experience in sales, marketing, IT or related role with multi-national companies is preferred

· Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system is preferred

· IT background is preferred but not required

Competency required:

· Be able to work under pressure
