职位描述：
工作职责：

? 订单准备:
o 新产品编码放入公司系统
o 根据美国订单准备订单给供应商
o 整理更新订单到订单明细表格
o 跟进交期并更新到订单明细里面

? 安排订舱及准备单证:
o 安排订舱并和货代，供应商之间保持沟通，直到货物顺利出货上船
o 确认给美国出货明细
o 跟进大货样品，整理样品并安排做样品单证
o 在系统里准备发票，箱单，账单，并发送单证给美国
o 跟进货物直到货物顺利到达美国仓库，及时和美国沟通到货情况
o 安排支付货款给供应商
o 其他单证事宜

职位要求
? 有一年以上跟单助理经验
? 熟练掌握英语
? 工作接受能力强
? 有责任心，有耐心，工作细心
? 熟练掌握办公软件，如EXCEL, WORD, PPT

?

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Order Preparing:
o New items add into QB system (system now used)
o Prepare and make new order on QB to suppliers
o Update orders into order summary and Master schedule file
o Check and confirm ready date with suppliers and update to order summary and Master schedule file

? Arrange booking and prepare Document
o Arrange booking, check and confirm information with suppliers and forwarders, till goods loaded on boat
o Add shipment arrangement to Master Schedule
o Follow mass production samples, make documents
o Invoice & Packing List & Bill made in QB, shipping doc send to USA
o Follow goods till goods delivery to USA warehouse, and update on Master schedule file, any questions checking with USA,
o Arrange payment to Vendors and send split to suppliers
o Credit note for re-inspection, air cost to suppliers

REQUIREMENTS
? Having Merchandising Assistant experience 1 year
? Fluent in English
? Fast learner
? Independent and patience and responsibility
