Summary:

This position is responsible for building and maintaining compensation and benefit infrastructure for Altium China. Its main task includes maintenance and oversight of fair, competitive and cost-effective compensation and practices. May also contribute to Corporate and Global compensation processes / projects as needed. Assists in explaining of compensation and benefit policies for managers.

Job Responsibility:
Compensation and benefits management
- Research, prepare and analyse current market remuneration data and advise the Human Resources Manager and other management team members of appropriate recommendations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits situation.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources.
- Administer C&B related programs.

HR agent management
- Assist in selecting and maintaining suitable HR agent.
- Work closely with HR agent on all payroll, social benefits , and other benefits cases.
- Explanation on C&B policies.

Others
- Others projects assigned by HR manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3+ years relevant experience in C&B (sales commission planning is a must) .
- Experience in IT industry (preferable)
- Solid knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others
- Ability to source information from various external bodies
- Good communication skills - Both Chinese and English
