职位描述：
1. 负责校区整体的招生工作，达成月度、季度、年度招生指标，对业绩负责；
2. 分解每月团队销售业绩指标，确保每周/每月能够完成、超越既定销售指标；
3. 主持课程顾问团队常规日程的每日、每周及每月会议，回顾销售业绩及制定发展计划；
4. 招聘、优化校区的招生团队，通过对各组组长的管理，保证校区招生团队的高效运作；
5. 组织招生部门进行销售体系培训，推进团队综合素质、课程销售技巧的不断提升；
6. 通过对系统录入数据的分析，不断优化工作思路，以提升校区签约率和平均客单价;
7. 制定校区课程顾问短、中、长期在岗培训计划，并负责监督落实执行；
8. 依据市场变化，组织团队在校区附近开展有效市场活动，推动销售工作；
9. 配合教学部门完成客户的维护工作。

任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 有2年以上0－3岁早教行业课程销售管理经验人员优先录取；
3. 有2年以上3－6岁高端课程（如思维训练、情商课程等）销售管理经验人员优先录取；
4. 熟悉顾问式销售的原理、流程和技巧；
5. 有艰苦奋斗精神，以结果为导向，执行力强，适合创业公司文化要求；
6. 有创新精神，能够在压力下梳理工作思路，寻找突破点，能带领团队完成销售任务；
7. 具备一定的团队激励能力，根据课程顾问的实际情况进行个人心态的调整，以确保工作动力与潜力的激发；
8. 沟通、协调能力强，能够进行跨部门的交流，以确保校区工作的高效运营；
9. 严格遵守公司各项规章制度，具有培训行业从业管理经验优先。 举报 分享
