Objectives:
This position is responsible for delivering and maintaining business critical system, business requirement management for AFC, which includes system daily maintenance and ensuring the best IT solution selection from market, solution delivery with managing external vendors, reliable handover to from implementation phase to operation phase.

Job responsibilities:
? Participate in business system development, Maintenance to ensure system running normally.(Netsol, Workflow, SAP etc.)
? Develops project plans, goals, and budgets; identifies resources needed, develops schedules and methods for measuring results.
? Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
? Assembles and coordinates project team members; assigns individual responsibilities.
? Prepares requests for proposals and conducts all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
? Analyze and evaluate business requirements based on customer needs and relevant IT regulations (internal and external) in order to optimize company business processes.
? Regularly review all relevant system documentations to ensure quality of daily operations.
? Develop and maintain IT application documentation.
? Develop balance among manual and automation processes on basis of business needs.
? When problem occurs, maintain strong customer relationship by consistently communication during entire incident and problem resolution.
? Provide training to all relevant employees on system usage and develop new training when required.

Job requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
? 5 years of experience in application solution or delivery teams.
? Knowledge of common application development platform, BI, Oracle database, linux, windows, Citrix, web service, SDLC, ITIL, PMP etc.
? Knowledge or experience of Automotive Finance is a plus.

? Strong visionary and strategic thinking, with experience in analysis.
? Must have strong leadership to assign responsibilities and cooperate with team members.
? Must have knowledge of company supported application and systems.
