职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

- Operative responsible so that products and services are preformed and delivered in time, within specification using the right amount of resources regarding material, machines, personnel and taking care of the environment.
- Secure that the team understands the direction (mission, vision, strategy, targets, rules, safety laws and regulations).
- Act according to and communicate the company philosophy and the Volvo Cars Manufacturing’s 5 principles.
- Perform all first line manager tasks concerning personnel- and finance management.
- Responsible for the target setting process of his/her teams.
- Follow up results in the own teams and help prioritizing when necessary.
- Works actively with cost awareness mindset within his/her teams.
- Secures that laws, regulations and procedures are followed.
- Ensure right manning on short and long term.
- Actively contribute to the department activity plan.
- Responsible for VCMS implementation by following up the result and train the Team members in methods and tools.
- Supervisor is the primary coach for his/her Team Leaders and team members.
- Coaches and supports his/her teams and makes sure they have the right conditions and prerequisites for their job.
- It’s the Supervisors responsibility to assure that the operators can do their job with the right quality and speed.
- It′s the Supervisors responsibility to secure back-up of the teamleader in case of absence.
- Secures the right competence for the Team leader and team.
- Secures that everybody contributes to the team’s performance, according to the Autonomous Management team-concept.
- Ensure a good communication and co-operation with and between the Team members, other teams and the relevant support functions.
- Provides framework for teams to generate ideas and Improvement. Assists team with implementation of ideas where appropriate.
- Makes sure the problems that occur within his/her teams are taken care of.
- Approve the non-operational tasks assigned to the team and make sure that they contribute to help the team carry out their operational tasks more lean and efficient.

? 辅导和支持团队，确保他们有适于工作的正确条件和前提。
? 保证操作人员保质保量的完成工作，是主管的职责。
? 确保组长和团队的正确能力。
? 确保每个团队成员一起为目标前进，依据团队自主管理理念。
? 保证团队内部或团队之间较好的沟通与合作，和相关支持功能。
? 提供框架用于产生想法和改善。帮助适当想法的实施。
? 确保他们所负责领域发生的问题得到关注。
? 批准分配给团队的非操作任务，确保他们有助于帮助团队更精益高效地执行操作任务。
Qualification:Machinery Engineering degree or equivalent (Master or Bachelor)
机械工程或相关专业（硕士或本科）
Min 5 years or above work experience in automotive industry about quality assessment, issue solving/process quality control
至少5年的质量或者生产相关经验，关于质量评估，问题解决/流程，质量控制。
Excellent oral/written English.
Experience & knowledge from automotive industry or equivalent in the area's:
? Quality Operating Systems
? High integrity.
? Good product knowledge of cars
? Knowledge of customer demands and customer perception of product quality.
? Knowledge of competitors and industry standards in relation to product quality.
? xperience & knowledge from automotive industry or equivalent in the area's:
? Manufacturing processes
? Problem solving, 6sigma
? Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications.
? Strong team player and relationship builder. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivator and flexible.
? Skilled in leadership and coaching, being able to motivate, teach and encourage people
? Good networking skills, a holistic view and a strong drive for result
? High communication and negotiation skills.
? High analytical and problem solving skills.
? Creative and innovative thinking.
? Able to work efficiently under high pressure
