Business Development Manager, China
Franchise Operations
ShangHai, China
Synopsis:
As a business development manager, you will join our business development team of franchise operations in our ShangHai office and will be an important part of furthering our mission for expansion programs national wide.
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate mid to long term expansion plan under company's brand and strategy
2. Provide site selection service to investor on new school or relocation
3. Conduct market research by assessing 1st and 2nd hand data
4. Optimize site evaluation criteria and standard
5. Follow and maintain database of franchise schools for all key information
6. Prepare and follow annually school audit plan
7. Liaison internal functional teams to ensure a smooth new school opening
8. Cooperate with other functional teams for assigned projects and programs
Requirements:
1. University Degree holder, majored in marketing, real estate development
2. At least 8 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably with a chain store company, development company or a similar position with an international company
3. Excellent research and analytical ability
4. Proficiency in MS-Office suite
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Positive attitude, enthusiasm and willing to travel
7. Demonstrated ability to be a team player
Salary:
Negotiable depends on experience
