岗位职责Responsibilities:
1. 绘制概念布局图 concept layout for sales
2. 方案安全、循环时间、可达性分析 solution safety、cycle time and process analysis
3. 设备工作环境、客户车间物流了解 equipment work environment and customer material flow situation check
4. 技术难点分析,必要时需要其他部门支持 technical risk analysis，if necessary other department should support them.
5. 提供设计夹具要求，设计提供夹具概念，give specification of fixute, Fixture designer present fixture concept
6. 和售后技术部门讨论可行性 discussion with programmer of feasibility
7. 绘制详细的项目布局图、安装布局图、工程布局图Detail layout of project、Installation layout、Installation layout
8. 可达性模拟 3D simulation
9. 循环时间检查 cycle time check
10. 设计部出工程图前细化3D模块确认是否满足要求 confirm detail 3D module function before designer release BOM and drawings
11. 协助项目负责人完成水电气网络布局图、电气线槽布线
support project manager for electrical power、and cable duct layout and other resource planning
岗位要求 Requirements:
1、 本科学历及以上，机械或工业自动化背景； Bachelor's degree or above, the mechanical or industrial automation working background;
2、 具备五年以上同行业相关工作经验，有严密的技术型思维； More than five years relevant work experience in the same industry, have strict technical thinking;
3、 能熟练使用各种绘图软件，熟练UG(必要条件)、Auto-CAD,PRO-E,等机械制图软件。Skilled using a variety of mechanical drawing software, such as UG (necessary condition), Auto-CAD, PRO-E.
4、 具备整线、单站的方案设计能力，具备投标经验，能根据客户要求设计自动化系统三维模拟演示； Design entire line of single-station, with tender experience, 3D simulation demo design automation system as customer required;
5、 丰富的夹具、抓手设计经验，懂铝合金铸造工艺； With fixture the gripper design experience, know aluminum alloy casting process well;;
6、 能熟悉使用各种办公软件。（Word、 Excel、PPT）Skill used office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
7、 有较强的报告及演示能力，具有良好的沟通能力。strong report and presentation skills, good communication skills.
8、 具有良好的售前支持和客户沟通能力，英语口语良好； good pre-sales support and customer communication skills, good spoken English;
