Synopsis:

概况：

EF China Franchise has an aggressive expansion plan to open new schools in all of China’s major cities. We are currently looking to recruit a Flying Sales Manager to enhance sales support to our franchise schools.

英孚中国连锁运营目前正在全国各主要城市（除北上广深）实施积极的扩张计划。目前，我们正在寻找一位飞行销售经理，以加强对全国连锁学校的销售支持。

Responsibilities
工作职责
1. Monitor and support schools' sales operation to ensure overall standard sales procedure and enhance conversion rate.
支持并监督全国学校的销售运营，保证学校运营中遵守公司标准销售流程并提高销售转换率。
2. Provide on-site sales support to help schools to improve sales performance

为学校提供现场销售支持以改善销售表现。
3. Develop training materials and conduct country-wide sales training system through both on-site training and on-line training.
开发销售培训项目，通过现场培训或网络培训的方式管理全国销售培训系统
4. Track the schools' sales performance and provide effective solution to the problem.
跟踪学校销售业绩,发现问题并提供有效解决方案。
5. Build up and update local market and competition information database.
建立并更新当地市场及竞争信息数据库。
6. Provide other project-related sales support.
提供其他与特定项目有关的销售支持。

Requirements:
岗位要求
1. Have 5 years or above on sales management experience preferred in Education or Training industry.
拥有5年及以上销售管理工作经验，教育及培训领域尤佳
2. Education background: university degree or equivalent
本科及以上的教育背景
3. Open and dynamic personality, with excellent communication skills
沟通能力强，性格外向
4. Significant experience in sales field
有丰富的销售经验
5. Ambitious, responsible, enthusiastic, passionate
自信，有责任感，工作热情
6. Fluent in spoken and written English, good paper work
英语口语书写流利，很好的文字能力

7. Travel within China is required.
