职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Perform IC layout design of analog/mixed-signal/RF IC's.
2. Develop Chip level floor planning, ESD pad, layout integration, and
die size/circuit performance optimization.
3. Layout verification including DRC/LVS/LVL.
4. Parasitic extract for blocks or whole chip for post layout
simulations.
5. Follow design flow and checklist defined in development procedure
for layout design quality.
6. Assist in tape-out procedure.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Analog IC layout, and
successful tape-out experience.
3. Familiar with EDA tools including Virtuoso, Composer, Layout XL,
and Calibre/Assura DRC/LVS/LVL verification tools.
4. Good at problems solving, good communication skills and teamwork
spirits.
5. Knowledge about CMOS/SOI process would be a plus.
6. Ability to read/write Calibre/Assura rule file is preferred.
7. Ability to install and maintain CAD/PDK tool is preferred.
