职位描述：

Accountabilities*

1. Coordinate IT demands between business, global Bio and IT department in order to build optimal IT working environment for Bio business.

2. Present IT related topics to local site management.

3. Work on OASIS IT setup project together with IT department; thereby support the overall business project management in IT related questions. Once setup project is complete, lead smaller IT related projects as Business Project Manager together with IT department.

4. Communicate and cooperate with other Bio sites to establish common processes; Bring special requirements of Shanghai to attention of Global EMS.

5. Support in solving IT related questions for which IT does not offer standard solutions, thereby coordinating between IT and global EMS function.

6. Observe factors like Compliance, Validation, GMP, Efficiency and Information Protection, support audits by internal auditors, customers and authorities .

7. Act as system owner for major local Bio applications in cooperation with computer validation and global counterparts.

8. Follow CSV & C regulations for System Owners.

Qualifications*

1. Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Science or Engineering (or similar)

2. Experience with IT projects and translating business requirements into IT design

3. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

4. Service/customer orientation

5. Self-motivation

6. Stakeholder Management

7. Analytical & Problem Solving Skills

8. Relationship building and conflict management

9. Openness and general educational background to learn about biopharma processes

10.Proficient English
