SITUATION IN ORGANISATION（组织内汇报关系）

- NW technical service manager
JOB DIMENSIONS（工作维度，可就财务、产量、管理下属数量、负责的公司/工厂数目方面进行描述）
- Support team: AT team (支持团队：亚太区无纺布AT团队)
- Main technology platform: HMPSA （主要技术平台：热熔压敏胶）
ACTIVITIES（工作行为，主要指日常的，具有代表性的工作行为）
1．按要求进行实验和测试，观察试验现象和过程，收集相关数据：
a. 按流程准确操作实验，完成样品的详细分析。实验包括但不限于基础的热熔胶搅拌及相关物理性能及涂布样的粘性和蠕变性能测试
b.准确记录实验结果和现象
c. 分析并整理实验数据
d.书写实验报告
2. 协调处理实验室相关流程
a. 参与5S活动和实验室的安全卫生维护工作
b. 按要求定期维护和校准相关实验设备
3. 遵守波士胶的安全政策，流程和指引进行操作
遵守公司的健康安全环境质量方针政策,规章制度
及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出建议

1．Conduct test, record experimental procedures/phenomenon and data :
a. Conduct experiments precisely according to SOP. These tests include but not limited to hotmelt adhesive mixing and related physical property tests, finished laminates performance analysis like peel and creep.
b. Record experiment phenomenon and data precisely
c. Data analysis and compiling
d. Write test report
2. Assist lab maintenance
a. Participate 5S activities and drive for high lab safety and cleanness standard.
b. Regular calibration and maintenance of assigned lab equipments.
3. Operating safely according to Bostik policies, procedures, and work instructions
Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure
Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ

- 支持NW技术团队的测试需要（Supporting test requirements of NW）
- 实验室工作（Work in lab）
- 不需要出差 （No travel required）
ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责，指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务）
- 按质按时完成测试工作 （Complete test request on time with high quality）
- 部分实验室的维护工作（Support lab maintenances activities）
- 安全操作, 行为符合Bostik安全要求规范 (Behave in a safe way as regulated by Bostik)
- 直线经理提出的其他工作要求 (Other work requirements from line manager)
