Rresponsible for the design and installation of continuous improvement projects at PCDC. Requires ability to use and apply extensive knowledge of many engineering disciplines to execute projects focused on continuous improvement. Significant collaboration is expected with all related dept.

l Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering with a minimum of 2 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

l Strong problem solving experience, team/meeting facilitation skills and computer knowledge (MS Office)

l Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

l Root cause thinker with analytical skills to support recommended solutions

l Detail oriented with big picture thinking

l Exceptional technical competence ( Six sigma, DOE, SE, Kaizen)

l Analyze processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination.

l Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement.

l Calculate Takt and Cycle Times for each production line to challenge current routing

l Support related dept in achieving their continuous improvement goals.

l Maintain tracking and reporting of projects.

l Kaizen facilitator.
