职位描述：
General Purpose:
Provide technical support to customers in conjunction with the installation and service of Flow’s product/systems and ensure the successful performance of the company's products and systems in the field.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and supervise customers in the execution of field installations of company products.
2. Provide technical support and training to customers on the installation, operation, troubleshooting, part identification, and repair of Flow equipment at both the customer’s location and via E-mail, telephone correspondence, fax, etc.
3. Assist in maintaining relevant technical documentation.
4. Provide assistance to customer service by determining parts required by a customer.
5. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with our distributors and customers while serving as a liaison between the customer and Flow.
6. Visit customer location regularly to audit performance of products and evaluate customer maintenance practices.
7. Consult with engineering and other departments about design problems/trend failures; may recommend changes and improvement in products.
8. Travel to customer locations on short notice, often outside normal business hours and for extended periods of time. Overall travel may exceed 70%.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of company products
2. Strong mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic skills required.
3. General diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
4. Independent judgment to analyze and solve technical problems.
5. Familiar with Windows, Word and Excel, and CAM software.
6. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to professionally manage and resolve stressful situations.

Education/Experience and/or Training:
1. AA degree in Electronics, Robotics or Mech. Eng. or a minimum of 2 years college/technical school training.
2. Minimum of 3 years of recent service-related experience with Robotics, Motion Control Systems, CNC machine tools or other relevant capital equipment.
