Channel Business Development Manager
Division: EF Language Travel, China
Location: Shanghai

Synopsis:
In this position, you will be based in Shanghai and work closely with English First Kids schools in Shanghai to explore EF Language Travel business opportunities and drive the sales growth within the channel.
The Role:
We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual who thrives under pressure and wants to work in an international working environment, committed to sales and the growth of a successful product.
You will manage our business relationship with the 12 EF Kids schools in Shanghai and introduce EF Language Travel courses to the students and parents in these schools. EF Language Travel is overseas winter and summer camp in UK, US, Australia and other English speaking countries to help 8-18 years old students to improve their English skills and increase their International exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales - to execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals. Use CRM systems to follow up on sales process and service process. To implement various sales skills, i.e fact to face counseling, telesales, Info meetings... etc., to close deals very effectively. To build solid business relationships with EF Kids schools to increase EF LT course recommendation rate and fulfill EF Kids School students' English education needs.
Marketing - participate in some local marketing and take some marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose
Customer service - manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information, visa service, etc). This position requires a lot of direct customer contact, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Requirement
1. Recognized university degree with some overseas study / travel experience
2. 3-5 years' work experience, preferably in consumer sector; minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience and proven ability to develop new costumers.
3. Creative, lively and dynamic, with flexible, detail-oriented work style
4. Willingness to take initiative, while working in a team environment
5. Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluency in both written and spoken English; Chinese mother tongue essential
8. Knowledge of the Education industry would be a plus
9. Occasional travelling required for meetings and trainings
