工作内容 Job Contents：
配合首席设计师规划项目方案，进行项目协调，明确有关具体工程项目的信息指标。
Coordinate with Lead designer in planning, coordination, and information delivery
与首席设计师共同发展概念设计
Develop concept design with lead designer
需对国内外业主做简报
Do presentation to international clients
根据方案设计进行FF&E方案、寻找适宜FF&E样品和图样。
Collect proper FF&E samples and images according to concept design
制定FF&E样板。
Make FF&E sample boards
与样品厂商协作，参与新产品的设计开发，对准备工作和修改工作实行管理。
Cooperate with suppliers, and develop new FF&E products
对产品质量密切掌控，分析解决加工中的工艺问题，参与客户对产品的认可工作。
Monitor and control FF&E products’ quality and analyze problems of technical process, participate in client’s approval of FF&E products
不断积累、丰富设计组资料库，提高专业知识；
Accumulating, enrich the design data Library, improve expertise;
任职资格Qualifications：
年龄 Age:
32岁以上。
32 years up
教育背景Education Background：
室内设计专业本科以上学历。
Degree or above of interior design
工作经验Work Experience：
10年以上FF&E设计工作经验。
10 year+ FF&E work experience
工作态度Work Attitude：
责任心强、吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力；
Self-motivated, hard-working, able to work under pressure;
具有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神；
With professionalism and teamwork;
有较强的沟通、协调能力，有职业道德；

技能技巧Skills:
色彩搭配敏锐、材质搭配敏锐。
Good color sense and material knowledge
熟悉产品。
Familiar with FF&E products
熟悉材料材质和工艺。
Familiar with material quality and craftwork
能够熟练使用AutoCAD 制图, Power Point, 及Photoshop
Good command of AutoCAD drawing, Power Point and Photoshop
熟练的的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力。
Good command of writing, speaking, and reading both in Chinese and English
