职位描述：
The role of the Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible to create sales incentive plan in system, provide accruals, performance dashboard, and compensation modelling and other analytics to the various business around the region.
This role needs to work with closely with Sales Team, Finance Team & HR Team.

Specifically, the Sales Compensation Analyst will be expected to contribute in each of the following disciplines
？ Maintain the sales incentive plan and territory across the region
？ Administer commission calculation and compensation across the region
？ Solve the compensation and credit questions for sales team
？ Provide monthly commission accruals to finance team
？ Maintain/consolidate/update a set of reports to track performance and earnings by reps
？ Any other ad-hoc analytics

Requirements:

？ Basic knowledge on Excel, Word, PowerPoint
？ Good written communication skill in English
？ Can work under pressure
？ Eager to learn and hard working
