工作目的 （Purpose） 负责维护上海地铁八号线三期机电（非核心设备）
描述 （Description） ? 负责上海地铁八号线三期机电设备/FAS/BAS等的维修质量、维修安全和维保计划, 包括清洁服务的监督管理；
? 负责监督委外单位的预防修和矫正修作业符合维保策略；
? 负责监控检修任务和汇报检修绩效（检修质量、安全等）；
? 定期检查并确保所有作业符合操作手册和相应的规章制度的要求；
? 协调供应商/委外单位合理安排，确保委外作业可执行和可操作；
? 确保委外单位诊断故障元器件，提供预防修分析，编写档案，并将维保历史数据录入系统；
? 完成由直线经理分派的其他任务；
职位要求
? 至少5年维保经验；
? 技术中专或者大专学历，机电专业；
? 基本软件知识（Word, Excel)；
? 必须持有机动车驾照；
? 持高/低压电工操作证优先考虑；
? 持特种设备安全管理证优先考虑
? 持消防管理资质证优先考虑
? 要求工作时间灵活；
