Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Marketing
1. Responsible of social media relations in China; plan and execute comprehensive communication programs in support of XCUBE business goals and development in China
2. Develop social media strategy and manage the social media platforms and daily executions with identified key influences on social media channels.
3. Liaise with Managing Director in initiating and managing social and digital media campaigns, review, analyze and report effectiveness.
4. Explore new and creative social and digital approaches and trends in China.
5. Responsible of writing and/or editing for communication i.e. press release, announcements, articles, business presentation, etc., for use with both internal and external support of company business strategy, attracting new clients
Business Development
1. Research key contacts in appropriate companies and arrange appointments.
2. Active business development including setting up meetings with new clients, cold calling and follow up
3. Carry out market research on competitors, trends, business related news
PR/Event
1. Identify regional networking and speaking opportunities
2. Maintain clients marketing database.
Proposals
1. Coordination and production of presentations and proposals for clients
2. Follow up on proposals with clients until contract signing
3. Monitor feedback on proposals, initiate improvements.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years working experience, primarily in marketing and sales, familiarity with architecture and engineering trends in China
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, business, mass communication or related discipline.
3. Fair architecture or engineering knowledge and can pick up new knowledge quickly
4. Digital marketing experience in a relevant industry, especially WeChat and Weibo experience is highly appreciated.
5. Well-developed understanding and knowledge of Chinese social media platforms
6. Excellent English and local language communication skills both oral and written.
7. Proficient in Adobe CS, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
8. Excellent at multi-tasking and have a great attitude towards a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
9. Committed, reliable, accurate, attention to detail and proactive
