Job Summary (Purpose of the job)
? Under Senior HR’ guidance provides human resources support for Beijing staffs. Providing subject matter expertise and direction on human resources issues. Ensures quality operations of human resources processes.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
? Independently develop and strengthen candidate pipeline using a variety of channels, including recruitment website, LinkedIn, professional networks etc;
? Approach candidates about IMS Health opportunities and help them understand the role and requirements;
? Conduct first round HR interview and prepare HR evaluation according to IMS competency model and BU specific

requirement;
? Cultivate a productive working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, BU leaders, TA leader, peer HR colleagues, recruitment suppliers etc;
? Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the entire process of sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and managing candidate expectation etc;
? Work primarily with BU and HRBP to meet the recruitment needs of assigned business units and TA KPI.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
? Bachelor or above degrees with min. of 3 yrs. of recruiting experience within a MNC, or a search firm;
? Proven track record of volume recruitment where social media is the primary sourcing channel;
? Logical thinking and organized working approach;
? Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks under a tight schedule;
? Possess professional communication and strong influencing skills;
? Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and Consulting business is strong plus;
? Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation;
? Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure.
