职责Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement the Product Development Process successfully
- Responsible for implementing project management principles and methods in product development
- Optimize productivity and quality with correct Project Management Methods
- Ensure a constant use of existing knowledge about development processes and standards
- Analyze the deviations between company standards and as is situation for R&D activities Automotive China
- Identify and evaluate required Improvements/ Changes and integrate continuous improvement process for Automotive
- Consult and Manage improvement Projects and Workshops focusing on Product development for Automotive
- Consult product development project teams for process and method aspect
要求Requirements:
- Engineering University degree
- Process understanding
- Lean Management
- Experience in Working in international teams
- Fluency in English
- Preferably more than 3 years job experiences
