To ensure the world-class premium brand experiences by exceptional shopper service, LEGO will focus on developing service awareness and designing the brand communication model around the front-line staff. As a role of sales training, the main objective is to develop a productive salesperson. Also, sales training is the most often used intervention to improve sale productivity; Training dept. is a part of sale team, the major task is provide training solution to internal sales team to drive capability, as well as to enhance salesperson’s service level through training and sales management. This role will work closely with partner and salesperson, direct report to sales training manager.

? Identify capability needs and recommended learning levels as a guide to help people to plan the learning journey;
? Provide learning material, tools, learning portal, curriculums…and delivery via retail management system;
? Build up target’s training capability to make people are capable to conduct qualified training course;
? Evaluate training result via the score of certified trainer program, MSP & NPS;
? Build up and manage SA retail management platform;
? Design learning & performance mechanism;
? Design & optimize materials toolkits;
? Conduct certified trainer program;
? Execute Train the trainers program;
? Tracking and engage people to learn and share.



Do you have what we need?
? A university degree on Bachelor level or similar within business administration or sales;
? Minimum 3 years of solid training experience;
? Shop floor training/management experience;
? Familiarize with counter daily operation;
? Service minded team player;
? Capable of working with retailers + partners;
? Good at Excel and Power Point files;
? Have to fluent in both written and spoken English.
