- For our Infrastructure & City Sector Smart Grad Division in Shanghai we are looking for a EA Sol Manager at the earliest opportunity.
- The position acquire is responsible for acquiring and executing all business for EA SOL in China and to build the organization accordingly.
- Disciplinarily report to China SG EA Manager, functionally report to NEA SG EA SOL Manager;
What are my responsibilities?
- Sales Acquisition: Generate enquiries, prepare / submit techno-commercial offers, follow-up / monitoring / negotiate to acquire orders directly or through Regions, transfer order to Project Management, prepare sales forecast in order to achieve / exceed planned order value profitably
- Organization management: ensure the collaboration between the different organizations involved in EA SOL business in China (NEA IC SG EA SOL, HQ EA SOL, SPA…). Grow the local organization in accordance with business success
- Marketing: Identify, interact and influence customer specifications, directly or through regions, promote new products and systems in order to facilitate acquisition of orders.
- Product: Ensure the technical and functional adequacy of the proposed product for the local market requirements.
- Planning Support: Collect market information; identify new projects in order to give inputs for planning process
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Knowledge of Utility T&D business, Industry Power Distribution, SCADA System, Power System Control & Communication for both Utility & Industry
- Aware of key competitors products - SCADA, Distribution Management System, Energy Management System
- Hands on experience in executing at least 2 SCADA DMS projects for Industry / Utility.
- 10 – 15 years in Sales of SCADA, DMS, EMS Systems for Power Utilities / Industry in Chinese market
- Familiarized with large companies and associated need for processes
- Team leader and organization influencer
- Working in China with both Chinese and Multinational customers.
