职位描述：
主要职责：
1、按照公司招聘计划进行简历筛选，面试邀约等相关工作；
2、负责办理公司员工录用、出勤、离职等相关流程手续；
3、负责办理工资、社会劳动保险、住房公积金等相关工作；
4、完成部门负责人交办的其它工作任务。


职位要求：
1、大专以上学历；相关人力资源或者英语相关专业
2、五年及以上人事相关经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规
3、工作严谨、积极主动，能够承受一定的工作压力
4、熟练操作WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Advertise positions online and conduct preliminary interview
2. In charge of staff commencement, attendance and termination
3. Responsible for salary calculation, social insurance, housing fund
4. Support the department director on daily basis

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, Human Resources Management or English related major is preferred
2. 5 years and above working experience in HR
3. Proactive, problem solving skills, can work under stress
