MajorResponsibilities

• Act as a financial advisor to the management team byproviding early warning on all business trends that affect the performance ofthe business including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational issue

• Provide management with financial data, strategicplanning, and forecasting to meet short-term and long-term objectives

• Assure accurate and on-time preparation of allreports required by local, division, and Corporate users

• Take charge of internal control process validationwith support from the operational departments

• Assist in the planning and development of effectiveHella tools/systems and procedures in order to record and report necessaryfinancial data that is both accurate and timely

• Support to build up, further develop and carry outactive for business analysis, budget control and internal control, to createthe necessary transparency and support the management requires to makedecisions in order to secure the economic success of the Hella ShanghaiElectronics Co. Ltd

  Key Competencies

• Solid analysis experience

• Manufacturing background preferred

• Good experience in ERPsystems

• Strong communicationskill

• Open-minded,enthusiastic, can-do attitude and flexible.

• Good computer skills (Excel,PowerPoint, etc.)

  Education & WorkExperience

  Education: Bachelor’sdegree, Finance/Accounting or Business major preferred

  Language: Fluent English both written and spoken

  Experience: At least 2 years in finance/Controlling with focusin costing and operational analysis
