职位描述：

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design and developing the technical solution to meet business requirements in various application systems/reports, including ERP, CRM, TMS ,BI and other misc business systems. Coding of applications and DB script are required.

2. Collaborate with internal business analysts and external technical consultants in designing /reviewing technical architecture and technical specifications at very detail level.

3. Manage the development/testing process to meet certain standards of coding and quality control.

4. Participate in all phases of IT application project life cycle, i.e. user requirements definition; risk assessment; systems analysis and design activities; application programming and testing; training and documentation; software package selection and implementation.

5. Resolves problems occurring with existing systems, consistently following change control procedures.

6. Building and maintaining appropriate client relationships, at all levels, during delivery of project.

7. Maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

8. Contact related supplier to solve problem in case malfunction occurs on application.

9. Trouble-shooting of functionality, defects, reports, new user setup, data inquiries and other ad-hoc requests for both ERP and other misc application.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in an Information Technology or Business Systems related discipline.

* Above 5 years working experience as application developer in a MNC environment.

* Proven ability to operate independently as well as within a team environment. Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and proactively turning them into solutions.

* Strong communications skills both orally and written. Ability to write reports, procedure manuals and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

* Solid skill and knowledge in one or more of following systems /development platforms

* Coding of Web applications with JAVA and MS .net environment,

* JDE programming (or willing to learn and practice)

* Develop in MS SQL and Oracle Database

* BI reporting system (Oracle Business Intelligence, SQL Reporting Service )

* Workflow development on MS SharePoint (Nintex workflow is preferred)

* Transportation Executing system (Oracle OTM is preferred)

* Demand-driven Planning system (Oracle Demantra is preferred)

* Customer Relationship system

* Expertise in full cycle of software development, especially in QA and testing.
