GENERAL OVERVIEW:
- Manage Baby & Parenting Essentials GBU business in China.
- Drive business growth by developing new distribution channels, proposing / launching relevant products to the market and establishing right organizational structure.
- Responsible for all aspects of China businesses including chief responsibility of sales, marketing objectives in conjunction with the Regional HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the P&L of the China.
- Operations, including but not limited to controlling budgets, producing sales volume, growth and profitability, and determining manpower requirements.
- Achieve distribution targets and ensure an increase in coverage of targeted retail customers.
- Build-up professional retailing system including products and selling skill training for sales and promoters
- Lead the development of Mainland China market entry model including distribution strategy, product development / launch plan, demand creation model with optimized consumer touch point management and organizational development plan that enable us to execute the planned strategy and maximize brand availability / presence in the market
- Review all distributors and recommend retaining, replacing or adding new distribution partners. Build-up optimizes distributors system by Channel by Region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing discipline, or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Experience in multinational companies
- Strategic thinker
- In-depth knowledge and proven successes in sales and distribution management in China,
- Heavily involved in sales management, marketing and promotion activities
- Good presentation and communication skills?Well versed in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is a must
