职位描述：
Main Functions & Responsibilities：
1. Act as a key supporter for all L&D related projects to strengthen management capability to keep the pace with the business strategy, responsible for projects implementation and key deliverables
2. Implement Annual Talent Review Process through educating tools and work closely with HRBP to drive talent development mindset within the organization.
3. Initiate, improve and manage Leadership Programs related with Hi-Po development plans and manage the Talent pool
4. Formulate with HR to be a part of developing Employee Career Path
5. Certify as the internal trainer to develop and deliver soft skills training upon annual training calendar

Position’s specification:
1. University graduate or above
2. HRM or Psychology background is preferred
3. Above 5-year working experience in L&D function with at least 2-year practice in TD related projects, trainer experience will be a plus
4. Good communication skill & presentation skill with logical thinking
5. Team oriented, initiative and self-motivated, willing to learn and catch up with new change
6. Basic knowledge of problem solving
