Job Description

• Set up of policies and procedures for accurately processing and recording all technical documentation
• Input progress information into the chosen Document Management System (DMS) Data Base as required by projects.
• Receive, check, accurately record into DMS and distribute all project technical
  drawings and documentation in an efficient and expeditious manner as requested by engineers.
• Monitor progress of in-house and Client reviews of technical data.
• Input progress information (received from discipline engineers) accurately at regular intervals as specified by the project.
• Assist in the successful implementation of ISO
• Produce reports on documentation and progress as requested.
• Ensure that hard copy and electronic record files are maintained in good order to comply with QA / ISO requirements.
• Contribute to compilation of final project handovers, as built portfolios and archiving.
• Produce exception reports on late documentation for management review
• Undertake other tasks as requested

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants can be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indonesian or Chinese.
